Donna J. Allen
Allen is a certified soft-skills trainer and business-meeting
facilitator. She has extensive experience in analyzing
and resolving complex customer inquires and implementing
Total Quality Management in large corporations.
She is currently employed as a Project
Coordinator at a computer services firm. In her free
time, when she is not playing billiards or Wii bowling,
she can be found reading a good adventure novel while
sipping a fine Cabernet.
Trying to stay fit, she does water aerobics
or goes for walks. She is a big fan of NFL and college
football, and an even bigger fan of college basketball.
