The current Manager of Membership Services for AECES is Donna J. Allen of Pennsylvania, USA.

Allen is a certified soft-skills trainer and business-meeting facilitator. She has extensive experience in analyzing and resolving complex customer inquires and implementing Total Quality Management in large corporations.

Outside of her AECES duties, she has been enjoying retirement by spending as much time as possible with her husband and grandchildren. When she is not playing billiards or Wii bowling, she can often be found reading a good adventure novel while sipping a fine Cabernet.

Trying to stay fit, she does water aerobics or goes for walks. She can't wait until the fall when the NFL and college football games are back in action with college basketball soon to follow.
