ASSOCIATION FOR EVALUATION AND COMMUNICATION OF EVIDENCE FOR SURVIVAL

Topic: NDA (Near Death Awareness)

Opening Statement

Visions or other sensations experienced by folks who on on their deathbed, or nearly so, are often thought to be mere dreams or hallucinations, and many may be such. But some very convincing arguments have been made that others are reactions to the actual presence of spirit forms.

NDAs differ from near-death experiences (NDEs) in that the experiencer is awake at the time and able to describe the experience in real time to visitors or medical personnel in the vicinity — who occasionally share the experience.
