ASSOCIATION FOR EVALUATION AND COMMUNICATION OF EVIDENCE FOR SURVIVAL

"It is time that sceptical scientists abandoned this absurd concept that humanity includes a tiny minority of sensible, level-headed, logical and completely trustworthy scientists, and everyone else may be freely assumed to be either a thundering liar or extremely ignorant and stupid."
– John D. Ralphs

Responses To Web Postings

ÆCES Members are encouraged to respond to any statement they encounter on the Web that is antagonistic to, or dubious of, the evidence for Survival. Below, we have provided several paragraphs that might be employed for this purpose. Of course, you are welcome to write your own responses. Should you do so, please send us a copy — especially if they are succinct — for possible inclusion here.

So, be on the lookout for opportunities whenever you visit a relevant website and help spread the word. The idea is not to win an argument, or even to engage in one, but to make interested parties aware of the existence of ÆCES and the facts provided therein.

Do you believe in life after death?
It is not a question of belief. The continuation of the human personality beyond the demise of the physical body has been proven over and over beyond any reasonable doubt. See http://www.SurvivalTop40.com for some of the best evidence.

Is there life after death?
The continuation of the human personality beyond the demise of the physical body has been proven over and over beyond any reasonable doubt. The book, "The Afterlife Confirmed" has some of the best evidence. Also, check out ÆCES (The Association for Evaluation and Communication of Evidence for Survival).

Re: No Proof
As for the existence of an afterlife, this is no longer a matter for conjecture. The continuation of the human personality beyond the demise of the physical body has been convincingly demonstrated many times. Good examples can be found at the SurvivalTop40 website.

An interesting essay, but it ignores the fact that the human personality does survive the demise of the physical body. This has been proven beyond any reasonable doubt. See, for instance, www.SurvivalTop40.com

Re: Non-Survival Premise
A fine article, but a faulty premise. The dead have been communicating with us mortals for as long as we have been mortal. The evidence is overwhelming. The proof is beyond any reasonable doubt. Check out http://www.aeces.info for some of the most convincing evidence and a great deal of history and background.

Re: Mind vs. Brain
Philosophy is fun and you write well, but you miss the main point. It is not a question of belief. The continuation of the human personality beyond the demise of the physical body has been proven over and over beyond any reasonable doubt. See http://www.SurvivalTop40/.com for some of the best evidence. Also, particularly pertinent to the brain/mind dichotomy, is an article titled "Science Doesn't Know Where You Are" available here: http://www.aeces.info/Library/Documents/Hogan_Science-Know.pdf

Re: Animal Souls
Many spirits have spoken of the animals they observe in the afterlife. A good collection of their various comments may be found in the book: The Realities of Heaven. By the way, I do not "believe" in an afterlife, rather I have carefully examined the evidence and rationally reached the logical conclusion that the afterlife is real -- beyond a reasonable doubt. See the Top-40 site for good examples.

Do You Believe?
The question is moot because "belief" is not required. The continuation of the human personality beyond the demise of the physical body is a simple fact, proven beyond any reasonable doubt. See www.aeces.info for detailed evidence.

Re: Reincarnation
Before you swallow what uninformed people believe, check out the real evidence. The Survival Top 40 offers several cases that have no feasible explanation except reincarnation: www.SurvivalTop40.com

Do you believe in karma?
"Karma" has a different meaning to different people. At its most basic, it means that causes have effects. Your spirit or soul remembers every significant act that you are part of. The positive or negative feelings you have (even subconsciously) remain with you throughout your many lives. Negative effects must either be countered by experience -- karma -- or eliminated by forgiveness. Only you can forgive yourself. If you doubt the process of reincarnation, see  the Survival Top 40 at www.survivaltop40.com.

Re: Inaccurate Reporting
[Never call anyone names or suggest that they are stupid, ignorant, or a liar. But is is fine to point out false statements.]
I only got as far as this statement, "Later investigators found that Clark had misrepresented the difficulty of observing the shoe on the ledge. Placing their own shoe in the same position they found it was clearly visible as soon as you stepped into Maria's room." Being as this is totally false, I could read no more. The shoe was no where near Maria's room. For the actual facts, read the case write up in The Hereafter Trilogy.
