All Evaluated Cases

Here is a list of all the cases that have been evaluated to determine if they qualify for inclusion in the Survival Top 40. This includes those that are currently on the Top 40, those Honorable Mentions that have been bumped from the Top 40, and those whose ratings did not qualify them for inclusion. Scores are given for those that were in the Top 40 at one time. The `X' marks those cases that scored lower than the case in 40^th place at the time they were evaluated or that were examined but failed to meet the qualification criteria.
      Before you recommend a case for consideration, please check below to see if it has already been considered.
      For ease of location, these are in alphabetical order by the last name of the person reporting the case. The Date column contains the date (sometimes approximate) that the case was first reported/published.
